Waiting to Take a Test Again...

fail test on may 2; can retake it on may 29

All tests, when marked "Retry", shall not be retaken prior to the 27th day following the date of the original test. Example: A test taken on May 1 and marked "Retry" may not be retaken before May 28, the 28th being the twenty-seventh (27th) day following the date of the original test (TR 12.01).
