Please remember  there are NO RESKATES allowed during the team events on Sunday Conduct of Team Events: for Level A Jumps  the first 6 teams enter ice and get 2 min stroking-only warmup  then back to wall  then 4 Jump elements  each with 30 sec w/u. Then they leave and the next 5 Level A teams enter (quickly  please). Then they get 2 min stroking-only w/u and do their 4 Jump elements  and leave. Then first half Level A skaters re-enter and get another stroking only w/u then do their Moves elements  then (etc until done...)
