Singles Long Progam (FS) (low levels)

Juvenile and Open Juvenile Well-Balanced Freeskate (FS)

Jumps Max of 6 jump elements (no triples)
  • one must be Axel-type jump
  • at least 1 jump element must be combo or sequence (max 3)
Spins Max of 3 spins of a different nature:
  • one must be flying spin (5 revs, at least 2 must be in landing position)
  • one must be combo spin with at least 1 change of position (foot change optional) (8 revs)
Steps Max of 1 step sequence fully utilizing ice surface
Notes One jump combination may contain 3 jumps, the remaining are limited to 2 jumps. The number of jumps in a jump sequence is free. No double jump may be repeated more than once, and if repeated must be in combination or sequence (the max number of any particular double is 2).
