Senior Men Short Program (SP)

Jumps
  • Double or triple Axel
  • Triple or quad jump from footwork
  • Jump combo with (2/3), (3/3), (2/4), or (3/4) (either order)
Spins
  • Flying spin (8 revs in position)
  • Camel spin or sit spin with only 1 change of foot (min 6 revs/foot)
  • Combo spin with only 1 change of foot, and all 3 basic positions (sit, camel, upright or any variation thereof) (min 6 revs/foot and 2 revs/position)
Moves 2 step sequences of a different nature (straight line, circular, or serpentine)

Senior Ladies Short Program (SP)

Jumps
  • Double Axel
  • Triple from footwork
  • Jump combo with (double and triple) or (2 triples)
Spins
  • Flying spin (8 revs in position)
  • Layback or sideways leaning spin (min 8 revs in position)
  • Combo spin with only 1 change of foot, and all 3 basic positions (sit, camel, upright or any variation thereof) (min 6 revs/foot)
Moves
  • Spiral step sequence (consists of spirals progressing in bold curves; patterns may vary; only the first 3 spirals count toward level)
  • Step sequence (straight-line, circular, or serpentine)

Senior Well-Balanced Freeskate (FS)

Jumps Men: Max of 8 jump elements; Ladies: Max of 7 jump elements;
  • one must be Axel-type jump
  • at least 1 jump element must be combo or sequence (max 3)
Spins Max of 3 spins:
  • one must be spin combination (10 revs)
  • one must be flying spin (6 revs)
  • one must be spin with only one position (6 revs)
Steps
  • Men: Max of 2 step sequences of a different nature
  • Ladies: Max of 2 step sequences, one of which must be spiral step sequence
Notes One jump combination may contain 3 jumps, the remaining are limited to 2 jumps. The number of jumps in a jump sequence is free. Only 2 triple or quad may be repeated, and if repeated must be in combination or sequence (triple and quad with same name are considered different jumps).
