Novice Test Elements

NF - Novice Freestyle Test

Jumps
  • Double Salchow
  • Double toe loop
  • Double loop
Combos Jump combo with 2 double jumps
Spins
  • Choice of camel, sit, or layback (min 6 revs)
  • Flying spin (min 5 revs in position)
  • Spin combo with at least 1 change of foot and at least 1 change of position (min 5 revs/foot)
Steps
  • Straight-line step sequence consisting of steps and turns in the field such as threes, brackets, spirals and spread eagles, etc
  • One step sequence or spiral sequence (see rule 3640)
Notes Max 7 jump elements (men) and 6 jump elements (ladies) (each combo counts as 1 element); Max 3 spins
