Junior Test Elements

JRF - Junior Freestyle Test

Jumps
  • At least 3 different double jumps; one of which must be a double flip
  • Axel type jump
Combos
  • 1 combo with 2 double jumps
  • 1 sequence with small jumps followed by any double jump
Spins
  • Flying spin (min 6 revs in position)
  • Spin in one position (min 6 revs)
  • Spin combo with all 3 positions and 1 change of foot (min 2 revs in each position and 5 revs/foot, and 10 revs total)
Steps
  • Men: 2 different step sequences of advanced difficulty, covering the full ice surface (see rule 3640)
  • Ladies: 1 step sequence and 1 spiral sequence, covering the full ice surface (see rule 3640)
Notes Max 8 jump elements (men) and 7 jump elements (ladies) (each combo counts as 1 element); Max 3 spins
