JRF - Junior Freestyle Test

- At least 3 different double jumps; one of
which must be a double flip
- Axel type jump

- 1 combo with 2 double jumps
- 1 sequence with small jumps followed by any double jump

- Flying spin (min 6 revs in position)
- Spin in one position (min 6 revs)
- Spin combo with all 3 positions and 1 change of foot (min 2
revs in each position and 5 revs/foot, and 10 revs total)

- Men: 2 different step sequences of advanced
difficulty, covering the full ice surface (see rule 3640)
- Ladies: 1 step sequence and 1 spiral
